Everyone knows, when it comes a vehicle, you can not beat Subaru. Josh was amazing to work with. Polite, courteous, zero-pressure, informative, and answered any questions or concerns I had during the process. He made the entire experience easy and very comfortable. Sonia was equally informative and patient and fully explained the financial side of the purchase. A long overdue review! Back in August I did some car shopping, I went all over town to many dealerships and test drove over a dozen vehicles. Every dealership I went to I found I was being hounded or pressured into buying, as this being my first time buying a car I found it to be a lot, my parents wanted me to get something reliable and that was good in the winter. I was so close to calling quits on even getting a new vehicle until I went to Bay Subaru! I could not recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped in to the dealership my family and I were greeted with smiles from Josh, He showed us around and gave us lots of great information. The moment Josh showed me the Subaru Crosstrek ( my vehicle) I was in love, I loved every feature about it. I told my parents that day I wanted to buy the vehicle right then and there. I ended up going home and thinking on it to be sure, not once did I feel pressured or hounded on this vehicle. I ended up going back the next day and buying the vehicle. I not only bought the vehicle because of how much I liked it but the people that worked there made a huge impact on my purchase. I am absolutely in love with My Subaru and I couldn’t have done it without the great Team at Bay Subaru.

This dealership is relatively small but exceptionally well run. I have had issues with warranty repairs and lease returns at other dealerships in the past but Bay Subaru made those experiences easy and predictable. No one ever tries to take advantage of me there. I can say that Bay Subaru is trustworthy and will not try to fleece you like so many others do. As for the vehicles they sell? Outstanding quality and value.
